While we're closed on Sundays, our clients traveling abroad have access to our 24/7 emergency support line for urgent matters during their trips.
Getting here
By train
Liverpool Lime Street station is a 7-minute walk from our office. Exit onto Lime Street, walk south towards the city center, and turn left onto Hanover Street.
By car
Several car parks are located within walking distance, including Q-Park Liverpool ONE and NCP Liverpool Central. Street parking is limited but available on nearby roads.
By bus
Multiple bus routes stop at Queen Square bus station, approximately 5 minutes' walk from our office.

Walk-ins are welcome during office hours, but booking an appointment ensures a consultant is available to give you their full attention.
How quickly do you respond to enquiries?
We aim to respond to all email enquiries within 24 hours during business days.
Can you help with last-minute bookings?
Yes, though availability and pricing may be limited. Contact us as soon as possible if you need urgent travel arrangements.
Do you charge consultation fees?
Initial consultations are complimentary. For complex bespoke itineraries that require extensive research, we may apply a planning fee which is credited against your booking.
